I love the glow coming from the cauldron and the spookiness of the scene. Not to mention that I wish I had a job like that. The uniforms rule.

That's an amazing painting. The light coming out of the pot really gives the painting a neat feel. The only thing I'm not really crazy about is the expression on the face of the monk on the left. It almost looks like he's disguisted or something.
