Wow, I really like this. It speaks to me- I once saw a Veitnam vet. sitting on the side of the road, reading a book, with a tin can that said " Homeless Vietnam War Vet" so its a really personal thing.

I have seen too many people in situations like this. I once talked with a man who had a PhD in mathematics and had been teaching at a university, but became homeless after his landlord increased the rent. I have seen too many homeless ignored. It seems to me that the American homeless population is treated similarly to India's "untouchables."
